(More customer reviews)I got this for my daughter because she wanted to carry photos. The description said it was 1 inch tall but when it arrived, it was half the height. Difficult to put any kind of photo. Anyhow, I submitted the item to be returned for refund, asking for home pick up, but UPS never came to pick it up. I'm probably angrier about them not picking up the product for refund than the product being incorrectly advertised. I may have to go to post office to mail it, but that would make me more pissed off.
