(More customer reviews)Although this locket is pretty, it doesn't really look like the picture, the description does not explain the inner detailing. It is very difficult to open, I purchased it for an 8 year old, she will never be able to open it. It also has a "dent" near the latch, I assume it is to help open it. It just looks like it is damaged. Needless to say, I am returning it. I am sure for an adult, it might be fine, even though my husband and I both had problems opening it. I will say, I love the chain it came with. I sent an email, asking about the status of my return, it has now been 12 days since they received the package, I don't have my money back. I guess I have learned my lesson about purchasing items that are not sold by amazon. The customer service is quick and direct. They spout their policy and say, we don't have bar coding, so the returns will get done when they get done. From the tone of their email, it sounds like they get a lot of returns.
