It's a little too big and maybe because it's so light in weight, it feels cheap. I wanted a large locket so I wouldn't have to cram the smallest of pictures in it, but other than the nice detail, it's only Ok... Not my favorite purchase as I have been searching for the perfect locket and haven't found it yet. Not sure if I will return it...
