I placed pics of our twin baby boys for her to look over so she never forgets their baby stage as they get older (she loves their age right now). The chain is kind of cheap though so you might want to upgrade. Also placing the pics in the locket was no easy task. The plastic in-lays are hard to take out and no instructions were included on how to properly place the pics in the locket. I basically had to print my own pics and use trial and error to make the pics the right size and fit. Overall I'm pleased since my wife loved it so much. I bought it when it was on sale for $80 so I'm not sure I'd pay $100 for it.
