(More customer reviews)I purchased this locket as a gift for my baby sister's 21st birthday. It arrived promptly, which was great.
When deciding which locket to purchase, I was nervous about the rectangular shape because a lot of lockets are heart-shaped, or oval-shaped, or just more round-shaped altogether. But I took a leap of faith, and it really was very pretty - very nice detail throughout, and it is small enough that the rectangular shape does NOT seem weird. Instead, its shape actually makes it really easy to put pictures in, and it's not too small for pictures (some lockets are just way too small - especially heart-shaped ones). My sister, who is very interested in art and fashion, thought it was beautiful.
The only down sides I can report are that I did wish the chain was a little thicker (it's very thin, in my opinion, but my sister thought it was fine, so I guess it's just a matter of preference), and I wish the necklace came in a gift box, instead of the little bag. I found my own box, though, so it's not that big of a deal... As a whole, a really good purchase.
